InSight :: Send Your Name to the planet MARS and be a MARTIAN as well.
Have you ever wish to travel outside Earth? Do you ever wanted to send even your name on other planet? Well, It can be POSSIBLE now!
The USA's independent agency that is responsible on civilian programs and outer space exploration , NASA or the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, gives an opportunity to every individual to send your name out of this planet. Last 2014, there were around 1.3 million people who signed up and add their names to a silicon microchip onboard on the robotic spacecraft. There names flew with the Exploration Flight Test - 1 (EFT-1) , the first flight of NASA's exploration to Mars.
Currently, the NASA is opening another chance to everyone on sending their names. In 2015, there were around 800,000 who already added their names on other mission to Mars. Yet, the agency opens a second chance to those who have missed the opportunity.
This is due on November 1 ,2017. Furthermore, InSight or Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigation , Geodesy and Heat Transport is a Mars Mission which aims to explore the deep interior of the planet. This Insight lander will put a seismometer on the Mars' interior to detect quakes which is called the marsquakes. This seismic energy of these phenomena will be used to study and internalize what lies below the surface of the red planet.
Hence, I am invigorating you to submit your names on mars.nasa.gov. I even have my own boarding pass.
In addition, those who will successfully join on this fly-your-name opportunity will receive a frequent flyer. This will reflect your participation points on the exploration to Mars by the NASA and will give updates on your email.
