The idea of the multiverse is just that, an idea. There is no way to contact experiments on the subject. It is not falsifiable thus it cannot be accepted as science. String theory (and consequentially M-theory) still rely on the realm of science fiction, not reality.

You might want to look into quantum-gravity for answers in regards to the nature of our universe. It basically states that everything, always existed in just this universe, our own, and that it's states get recycled into new constants. We just happen to experience this one at this point of time-space.

No need to invoke universes within universes. The planck length might be true for the microcosmos but does not apply for the macro.
