They are everywhere! People think that you can get bitten by a tick only of you go deep into the woods, while ticks can be found inside the city, in the parks, in the suburbs, etc. It's true that not all ticks carry Borrelia or the co-infections, but why taking a chance? Prevention is key, since there is no cure for Lyme.
