Quarter Of Europeans Would Rather Have AI Rule Them
Many people around the world are disillusioned by current politics. And some are so angry that they would have AI rule them rather than politicians.

While many people nowadays are concerned about AI, that it will take their jobs away and maybe even destroy us one day there is still a good number of people who seem to like it. Or at least like it more than they like politicians.
A whole quarter of Europeans would be okay with having the political process automatized and let AI rule them. And when it comes to Great Britain and German – both powerful and important countries – the amount of people who would be okay with AI rule rises to one third.
At least this is what a researched performed by researchers from the IE Universidad in Segovia. They asked 2576 people coming from France, Ireland, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Great Britain. Obviously, the number of respondents was low and only countries from Western Europe are represented but it is still a research with interesting results.

I guess it is true AI will take the jobs of some people. In the same way industrialisation did decades ago. However, this will create a need for another type of jobs. So that in fact, we must rather discuss replacing some jobs by other jobs.
At least this is what I tihnk. Concerning politics... I am not sure... I hate politics...
Do you think it would be best to be ruled by AI? Can they be flexible? I always thought that AI is quite strict and wouldn't be able to show leniency.
I think there would be areas in which AI could probably do better decisions that humans and areas in which it would be just awful.
