I am very sure we all have heard the stories of how our thoughts are important.
It wouldn't also be news to us if I should say that our thoughts control our life.

I'll take us through a research I stumbled on whilst trying to understand the mystery of our thoughts.

The brain consists of a close knit network of nerve cells, all intermingling with one another and giving rise to a kind of electric field. These create a kind of brain-like waves. Using an electroencephalogram these waves can be measured scientifically.

The entire body system has an electric-field, the nerve cells make sure of that. Our brain just has a higher share in the whole thing seeing as there is a concentration of nerve cells there.

MYSTERY SOLVED

You might want to ask where our thoughts come in right?
All those times you worry about the groceries, trying to figure out that assignment, or maybe trying to know why someone broke your heart; these are thoughts racing through your mind thereby causing some brain activity. I dare say that if we get you all hooked up with wires and all that, we can measure the wave patterns.

This implies that, like any other set of particles or source of energy, we are entangled with everything we’ve ever encountered, the environment around us and the rest of the universe through the zero point field. This study was done by Dr. Masura Emoto where he demonstated that the energy of our thoughts has a direct effect on the geometric structure of water molecules within ice crystal formations.

In the city of Tokyo, Dr. Masura took a water sample and divided it into two. He kept the control in a specific location and for the treatment he had over 2000 people focusing positive intentions towards the water samples unaware that the control existed. Both the control and the treatment were kept in an electromagnetically shielded room.

At the end of the research, it was concluded that the water which had thoughts focused on it formed crystals that were desirable when compared to the control.

Now we all know that the human body is composed primarily with water, which mean that if we can choose today to direct positive thoughts to our bodies we can actually achieve a state of fulfillment where our mind and our bodies are in an excellent state.
