INTRODUCTION
In my last article on Outofthecloud.com, I explained the services offered by Outcloud systems Inc. There, we were able to see the unique nature of their product compared to what other file sharing services have to offer. While this may sound interesting to hear; the upward trend of the company evolution will prove more interesting as a reflection of the investment prospect of the ongoing project. To reveal the developmental trend of Outcloud system Inc. let’s start with introducing Outcloud system Inc.

Outcloud system Inc. is file sharing platform that is partly cloud based and pushing towards a full scale blockchain adoption to ease the file sharing challenges seen today. The firm, which is situated at Suite 150W Austin, TX 78759; started as a service provider to Private Detective Agency when security concerns regarding sending case related files to clients came up. There was an urgent need for better service and solutions to the security concerns.
In 2013, Matt D. Ballard (CEO), alongside Robert Keddie; developed a solution to the impending challenge and called it “MycaseViewer.com” (MCV).

With customers feedbacks, ingenuity and innovative ideas coming from an expanded team of developers, marketing and business consultants; the MCV system was significantly improved, giving birth to the current public version called, Outofthecloud.com (OOTC).

This version is partly out of the cloud; delivering multimedia files globally by briefly bouncing in and out of the cloud just long enough for the presentations to be delivered, and for the recipients to view and/or download desired files. This was in a bid to ensure efficiency and security of the files delivered.

PRESENTLY

Outcloud system Inc. is moving out entirely from the cloud based platform to embrace the many features of blockchain technology for a decentralized global storage and delivery network. With this solution comes the elimination of expense oriented costs on bandwidths and storage space through a peer to peer provision of free storages. This will make provision for a free version of the program for users and an advert platform for enhanced profitability.

The Outcloud system Inc. management has approached the cryptocurrency community to raise the sum of 30Million USD through pre ICO and 60 Million USD in ICO through the supply of 300,000,000 and 400,000,000 outcloud coin (OUT) on ethereum platform. A minimum of 0.04ETH will be allowed for investors’
Outcoud systems Inc. expects to meet a target of 100 million USD in private sales and ICO or the continue the ICO till target is met. The details can be found in the illustration below:
