EMF and Mind Control

Introduction

This discussion is directed to the layman audience. It is abundantly clear that laymen are at a serious disadvantage regarding technical subject matter of any kind. The problem they have is who to believe. The discussion at hand is not subject to opinion or belief. It is just scientific facts presented in a simplified form to provide some options to anyone who believes they are affected by EMF radiation of any kind. Whether or not there is actually any Mind Control Weapon is not relevant. In this regard, opinion is not germane and any scientific facts presented herein are easily checked. If one believes they are adversely affected by EMF radiation from any source for any reason, the means to reduced that radiation to their personally acceptable levels is presented. Your own personally acceptable EMF radiation levels of exposure are subject to opinion and are not revelant to this discussion.

Standard Definitions

EMC:

“Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is the branch of electrical engineering concerned with the unintentional generation, propagation and reception of electromagnetic energy which may cause unwanted effects such as electromagnetic interference (EMI) or even physical damage in operational equipment. The goal of EMC is the correct operation of different equipment in a common electromagnetic environment.” [1]

EMI:

“Electromagnetic interference (EMI), also called radio-frequency interference (RFI) when in the radio frequency spectrum, is a disturbance generated by an external source that affects an electrical circuit by electromagnetic induction, electrostatic coupling, or conduction. The disturbance may degrade the performance of the circuit or even stop it from functioning. In the case of a data path, these effects can range from an increase in error rate to a total loss of the data. Both man-made and natural sources generate changing electrical currents and voltages that can cause EMI: ignition systems, cellular network of mobile phones, lightning, solar flares, and auroras (Northern/Southern Lights). EMI frequently affects AM radios. It can also affect mobile phones, FM radios, and televisions, as well as observations for radio astronomy. “ [2]

EMF:

“An electromagnetic field (also EMF or EM field) is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects. It affects the behavior of charged objects in the vicinity of the field. The electromagnetic field extends indefinitely throughout space and describes the electromagnetic interaction. It is one of the four fundamental forces of nature (the others are gravitation, weak interaction and strong interaction). “ [3]

EM Mind Control:

“Electronic harassment, electromagnetic torture or psychotronic torture is a conspiracy theory that government agents make use of electromagnetic radiation (such as the microwave auditory effect), radar, and surveillance techniques to transmit sounds and thoughts into people's heads, affect people's bodies, and harass people. Individuals who claim to experience this call themselves "targeted individuals" who are victims of gang stalking and many have joined support and advocacy groups. “ [4]

Electromagnetic Radiation

Electromagnetic radiation is usually composed of complex wave forms which may have periodic components. A signal or function generator can be used with an oscilloscope to display various waveforms, some of which can be square, sine, ramp and pulse used for various laboratory purposes, such as testing or engineering development. Any function of time waveform can be decomposed into its frequency domain representation which is some combination of sinewaves. This is the subject of Fourier analysis [5] and the purpose of a spectrum analyzer. In fact, any radiated electromagnetic wave can be viewed on a spectrum analyzer as a sequence of sinewaves.

Radio and TV signals are modulated electromagnetic sinewaves. Classical AM radio is an amplitude modulated single frequency sinewave that generates harmonics that carry the audio information which is converted back into sound by a suitable receiver. TV RF signals carry both audio and video information. Various methods of modulation can be amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), phase modulation or pulse position modulation for example. With the new Software Defined Radio technology (SDR), more advanced modulation techniques are available. All of these radiated complex waves can be received and displayed on a spectrum analyzer as summations of sinewaves.

EM Weapons versus EMF

I am not discussing whether or not EM weapons exist. I am also not arguing whether EM is harmful to health or not at any level. Even if EM weapons exist, there is no difference between the nature of the waves generated and any other EM wave. They are all electromagnetic in nature differing only in the way the waves are generated and any information they contain. Waves from any proposed weapon are still just combinations of sinewaves that make up a spectrum of electromagnetic waves of varying amplitude and phase. All EM waves can be shielded to varying degrees by design.

Shielding

Shielding does not care about the character of the EM wave, how it is generated, the shape or spectrum of the wave or the content of the information. The shield only sees EM waves and attenuates them to varying degrees depending upon the character of the shielding and frequency. In this sense, it is indiscriminate and can be tailored by RF engineers to block bandwidths or sections of the electromagnetic spectrum to predetermined levels of attenuation by design.

Every facility shielding installation, whether it is military, laboratory, industrial, medical, commercial or residential, all have different requirements depending upon the objectives of that installation. The EMF environment is obviously a factor. Each circumstance must be analyzed and assessed to determine the kind of shielding required and its features. In other words, any particular facility installation requires a shielding designer, with the possible exception of residential, assuming it is not actually critical and all they want to do is attenuate the broadband emissions detected by a handheld EMF meter.

Measurement equipment.

There are many different EM measurement instruments available. Some of them include specialized antennas and spectrum analyzers. Some inexpensive SDR receivers are available that can detect RF signals and display their spectrums on a PC or laptop. There are many handheld instruments for on site environmental testing. These handheld instruments are ubiquitous and inexpensive compared to laboratory equipment. The fields should be measured before and after any shielding is installed to discover any problems with the installation, itself, and compare the results to design specifications.

Laboratory equipment can assist in the determination of the character of any EMF radiation and its source. Usually, the frequency domain of the received RF signals and its intensity is enough information. If you are picking up signals in the FM radio band, then you are looking at FM radio signals. This is not complicated rocket science. A spectrum analyzer can assist in determining the character of the modulation and any other characteristics. Cell phone, WiFi and Bluetooth emissions are easy to identify on a spectrum analyzer. If there are extraneous signals in that bandwidth, does your cell phone, WiFi or Bluetooth work? A good RF engineer can see exactly what is going on by analyzing the signal on a spectrum analyzer. There is no mystery here. It is just simple engineering.

Conclusion

If one assumes that excessive EM radiation is harmful to humans, then there must be some threshold or maximum level of radiation that can be tolerated. The background EM radiation can be measured and monitored by various laboratory instruments available on the market specifically designed for this purpose. Then, if an excessive EMF is detected, it also follows that one would want to install some form of shielding to reduce the detected EM radiation to what one considers safe levels and use the same instruments to verify that the shielding is adequate. The idea that any EM wave generated for Mind Control is somehow different than any other form of EM radiation is complete nonsense. EM radiation is EM radiation and can be attenuated by well known available means and methods. If you are serious about following this path of EM detection and attenuation and you are a layman, you need to consult a technical expert.

It is unreasonable to expect that anyone with the education, experience and skill to help you with this would work for free.
