Did you hear about how some say the China government is burning the dead bodies and that a bunch of sulfur dioxide is being released into the atmosphere? Well, that is a rumor. I've not confirmed this yet.
I have heard that rumor and posts on /pol/ providing evidence. I would not consider it surprising, or even alarming, that cremation is ongoing in China at an accelerated pace. China is presently facing not only nCoV, but two different strains of bird flu, and potential resurgence of endemic plague that may opportunistically eventuate due to the challenges the medical system is facing and the social disruption that exacerbates conditions favoring plague.
