I wonder if there are documentaries on mushrooms - i'd be so interested to watch one. Especially if there are timelapse videos of the growth and decay.
I'm not sure if there is a documentary exclusively about mushrooms - but certainly mushrooms appear scattered in a variety of nature documentaries.
As for time lapse video, youtube provides
