Does a triggerred charge cluster create a mini EMP?
Piantelli/Focardi, Santilli, Peery all claim high excess and along with Shoulders and Little they all target effectively the same composite particle.
Where Shoulders varies is that he says that the is the smallest possible combination, however, Ohsawa, Shoulders, Egely, Quantum Rabbit, Bockris and many others have apparently shown much large nuclei fusing. This requires 'Strong' electrons, Kenneth Shoulders original name for his observations was the latin for 'Electron Strong' before he change to Exotic Vacuum Objects (the technical term for the publicly more digestible 'Charge Clusters')
'Strong Electrons', as ordered correctly for English, do sound similar to Mizuno/Clean Planets 'Heavy Electrons' and of course, one could call a Muon a Heavy electron... and people mocked me for my 'Heavy' presentation...
In my opinion, when charge clusters break down, you observe two effects, bremsstrahlung radiation from high energy electrons and Muons (purely because they live long enough to be observed.) other heavier sub quanta have lives so short you would be unlikely to detect them even if you could make equipment to do so. In my opinion, this is what happened in GS5.2 when we saw 'Signal' and our power monitor dropped out for a few minutes and our Scintillator was saturated giving long dead time... we had effectively produced a mini EMP.

EMP Technology on that Basis is not new Bob.
A functional Test is showed off from Russian Military 2014 during the played Donald Cook attack in the Black Sea. And it has to be taken with a grain of Salt. It could be also a Fake News.
If the event was real, then we have seen a functional technology.
And the Protectors of the Knowledge will do everything to downplay the Event.
On the other Side we both don't need that Story to imagine that there is a path to such a technology, em i wrong?
But my temporary state of knowledge says the event is highly possible. So i don't have to care about Fake or not Fake. ;-)
