Nobel Prize for Gullibility
The Nobel committee may have just won their own prize for gullibility.
In the news pretty much all over the internet earlier this year was a claim of solid proof of the idea of "gravity waves":
And now comes the news that the Nobel committee has awarded its annual prize for physics to the perpetrators of this gigantic fraud:

This is total BS.
There is no such thing as a gravity wave; relativity is a bunch of bullshit, just like evolution; Albert Einstein's entire approach to gravity is FUBAR; and "Thought Experiments(TM)" are not a rational approach to physics.
Albert Einstein claimed that information could not be promulgated faster than C. Nonetheless, gravity propagates instantaneously at least within our ability to measure or try to measure it. Any time you ever take two steps, you are sending a gravitational message out into the void at infinite speed. Somebody on the far side of our galaxy with a sufficiently sensitive instrument could read that message in real time. The idea of a gravity wave is not compatible with what we actually know about gravity:

Worse, Einstein's description of gravity as a four dimensional differential geometry thing does not allow for control over gravity as per Eugene Podkletnov's experiments or the Biefeld/Brown effect and the question of how the wing on the B2 bomber works.
Even worse, it does not allow one to believe that gravity near our own planet's surface might have been substantially less (3 - 1 or greater attenuation) just a few thousand years ago than it is now; nonetheless, it is a very easy demonstration that it was. In fact, a large dinosaur would be crushed by his own weight in present Earth gravity.

Those who believe in ghosts and goblins see them lurking in the shadows and assign their action to what they don’t understand. Cosmologists likewise see their beliefs lurking in their shadows and assign the action of their beliefs to what they don’t understand.
Mass-media induced mass-hysteria over ghosts and goblins, holes and bangs, Einstein gravitational waves, Higgs bosons and higgsinos, CMB, etc. does not constitute science. The BICEP2 report was also surrounded with similar hysterical scientists and mass-media induced mass-hysteria. That science is now done but mass media hysteria is a symptom of its decay, not a sign of achievement. Rational thought no longer prevails.
We now await Hawking et al to announce their contact with the aliens:

Why relativity is a bunch of BS:
Einstein was trying to use deformable time to account for the then accepted interpretation of the MM experiment to mean that light does not obey the ordinary additive laws for velocities.
This was based on what he called "thought experiments", such as the mirror-clock experiment, rather than upon anything resembling real evidence or real experiments. The basic approach is unsound. Louis Carrol Epstein ("Relativity Envisioned"), uses the following analogy: a carpenter with a house in which everything worked flawlessly other than one door which bound, would usually plane the door until it worked. He COULD, however, purchase a couple of hundred jacks and jack the foundation of the house until the one door worked, and then try to somehow or other make every other door and window in the house work again... Light is the one door in the analogy; distance, time, mass etc., i.e. everything else in the house of physics are the other doors and windows. Epstein assumes that relativity is the one case you will ever find in which that sort of approach is the correct one, nonetheless, common sense tells us it isn't terribly likely and Occam's principle tells us there could probably never be such a case.
There is a big question about the MM experiment itself: Dayton Miller reran the experiment in the 1930s with much better equipment and at a higher altitude to at least reduce gravitational drag from our own planet and, according to reports at least, the experiment did not fail.
And, even if you were to assume that the experiment DID fail, there are at least two better explanations involving Ralph Sansbury's sub-electron particles moving at superluminary speed.
And then there is this: In space at least, there is zero difference between you passing me at 100 mph going North and me passing YOU at 100 mph going South. The question is, how could anybody possibly have missed the fact that Einstein was claiming that time slowed for me wrt you, AND SIMULTANEOUSLY for YOU wrt ME?? One gets the impression that the intended audience DIDN'T CARE whether or not the idea was bullshit a priori, they were LOOKING for some particular kind of bullshit, and believed they had found it.
