This is awesome. I wonder if the same thingcould be adapted for human use. Sunscreen that makes us glow in the dark to help with application, but helps you convert sunlight into more vitamins.
Haha, glow-in-the-dark sunscreen would be funny!
Apparently the redshift that happens when the coral fluorescence can be studied and potentially useful for us humans, but I'm not a physicist, so I can't really tell you much more about that aspect.
