According to some estimates, humans dump 8,000,000 tons of waste plastic into the earth’s seas and oceans every year. This is the equivalent of 5 full shopping bags per foot of the world’s coastline.
Upvoted and Resteemed! Its good to get this image out. Industrial recycling is essentially one giant illusion. That yellow bottle cap in the photo might very well be mine, or yours from one of the drinks we've drunk. Every piece of plastic that we consume will eventually end up in the biosphere-- that means places like this bird.
There is a solution though! Ecobricks. I am just starting on steemit and posting more about this awesome personal solution to plastic...

it is very sad and we should be shame of this. Humans is the ultimate destroyer of this beautiful world.
This is very serious issue and we have to look this matter very serious and go for alternate option if possible
