Nice celestial occurrence on tonight, not all that rare but also not all that common.
Saturn making its own crescent and a couple of background stars.
Its cool when smaller objects are closer to the moon because then you can use the moon as a focusing object even when you are using an auto focus camera.

That image is eclipses of the moon or is taken from a powerful telescope towards Saturn.
Always a remarkable sight and subject. Would that then be termed a normal Lunar eclipse?
How nice it would be to have a telescope to enjoy the moon more closely! It would be a beautiful view just like these pictures
