Are plants conscious? There are many studies that say yes. For instance, plants can communicate with each other and signal other plants for danger.
Its is even getting more weird, hook a plant up to a polygraph machine and think of hurting it.
The thought of hurting the plant alone will give a reaction on the polygraph machine.
So plants not only communicate but can sense intent as well. There are clear voyant.
Plants also have a memory and are able to recognise people. Put two cabbage plants in a room and let someone destroy the cabbage plant that is not being monitored.
The monitored plant will react to the destruction of the other.
Not only that the plant will remember the person who did the act. When that same person will enter the room the cabbage plant will give the same reaction as if it knows this is the person who hurt the other plant.
It will remember this for up to 40 days!
So think of that before you torture your next salad.
This is why as a vegan and a true person that cares for nature, you should ask for permission and give thanks when harvesting plants. You should also do it with a heart of love and only get what you need and no more.
And this is also why people who eat vegan based diets are said to be more clairvoyant. This is because you are what you eat. I am a plant that needs water, sunlight and nutrients to grow. I guess vegans have their pineal gland active. I agree with you we are not suppose to eat higher consciousness beings and if we do we should do so with gratitude. Unfortunately I'm too far gone in pattern behavior so I have to learn my lesson in the next life. Namaste!
