I was also surprised by it when a company we're in touch with suggested their client (the national park) to present how they've used their product for this. Not something I would have come up with!

It's what makes this job, and this new market, so interesting to work with. There seems to be an almost infinite amount of use cases, and with more and more low-cost satellites coming online, and their capabilities becoming more known by entrepreneurs and researchers, the number of new applications is only set to grow.

So lots to work with also going forward ;)
