Gravity is still an unproven theory. Even top scientists can't explain how it works. Buoyancy and density explain our reality perfectly fine.

Gravity is a theory still to this day, not a scientific fact. It is used selectively by scientists to fit their agenda. How does gravity hold 71% of our earth (water) to a spinning rock flying through space yet a bird can fly freely at ease?
71% of earth mass according to widespread although apparently unproven belief appears to be much heavier than a bird and to the best of my knowledge water doesn't have wings so it can't fly freely at ease. So probability calculations leads to the conclusion that flying birds are much more likely to occur in nature than flying water.
I do believe that birds fly because they have never heard about Theory of Gravity while humans do not fly because they are gullible and tend to believe in many unproven theories.
Gravity is not a theory. You might be talking about GTR, but it is well proven theory in macro scale and you are talking about macro scale. The problem is in micro scale, how particles experience gravity there.
Your theory that gravity is not a theory is just not very well founded theoretical assumption :-)
Gravity is a theory...an apple falling doesn't prove gravity lol. So on a big scale gravity works but on the small scale it doesn't? This is my point, it's only suitable to say gravity exists in one instance then ignore all other natural phenomenons that wouldn't work according to your own belief on how gravity acts upon things.
"Gravity is a theory" - you say that gravity is a well-substantiated, well-supported, well-documented explanation for our observations. That is the meaning of word 'theory' in science. I didn't say that gravity doesn't work on the small scale - of course it works. I told you that GTR doesn't work well when we achive quantum level, because this theory is used to explain macro scale events and it perfectly explain every observation on macro scale.
