Got a problem? Sleep on it ...

Agonizing over a problem isn't always the best root to find a solution, actually, the more you think about it the more likely you will never find an answer. what if I tell you the solution to your problem is wrapped in the old saying " sleep on it" that's right! sleep also has a certain effect on problem-solving. It’s common to gain inspiration overnight. Even waking up in the middle of the night with the answer, whether it be minor or life-changing.

Unconscious thinking, opposed to the way many of us consider it, is an ongoing, goal-directed reasoning process. The main difference is that in unconscious thinking, the usual preferences that are a part of our conscious reasoning are absent. In unconscious thinking, we consider the importance of the elements that make up our decision more equally, leaving our assumptions at the door of consciousness.
