1) Headache sinusitis

2)Tension headache or headache

Tension headache or tension headache is the most common type of headache experienced and is considered a common headache. Patients generally feel continuous pain on both sides of the head, accompanied by pressure on the back of the eye or temples and neck muscles tighten.

This headache can last for 30 minutes to days. There are people who experience it every day, and some are regular.

If you experience it every day for more than 15 days a month, your headache belongs to a chronic type.

When you experience severe tension headaches and more than a few times a week, you should immediately consult a doctor.

3)Migraine

Migraine is a headache that usually occurs on one side of the head only. This disease is called more common in women than men.

According to WHO study of respondents aged 28 to 65 years, 30 percent claimed to have experienced migraine. Some of them experience migraine several times a year and some also experience several times a week.

Initial symptoms usually appear one to two days before migraine, which includes mood swings, cravings for certain foods, the neck feels stiff, often thirsty, and more often evaporates.

Before or during a migraine, you may see blinking light and blurred vision.
