What if you got punched by Berry Allen aka The Flash?
I hope everyone knows the DC series "The Flash". If not, please watch it. I tried to answer this question: What if you got punched by The Flash? Here are my results.

The Flash's speed
If you want to answer this question, you need to know how fast he is. I will just focus on the TV series, because so I'm able to measure the time Berry needs to travel a known distance.
In season 4 episode 12 ("Honey, I Shrunk Team Flash"), you can see how a security camera turns from the middle to the right side in about 3 seconds, so he has 6 seconds time to take David Ratchet to Jiaju, China. According to dc.wikia.com/wiki/cental_city, Central City is located in Missouri. The distance between Missouri and Jiaju is about 12200km (Yes, I'll use the metric system because I'm german, but it's 7581 miles). With this data, I can approximately calculate Flash's speed:
v = s/t = 12200000m / 6s = 2.033.333,33m/s
This is about 6000 times the speed of sound! Just incredible.
Kinetic Energy
According to http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Flash_(Barry_Allen) , his weight is 88kg (195lbs). With this information, I can calculate his kinetic energy:
E = 0,5mv² = 0,5 * 88kg * (2033333,33m/s)² = 181915554959111.12J
181915554959111.12 Joules! This is the same like a fully loaded Nimitz-Class aircraftcarrier traveling at 1936.70m/s which is 5.6 times the speed of sound!

What would that mean?
The Problem isn't just the pure kinetic energy of The Flash. It's also important how big the hitting area is. My fist is about 104cm² (16SQI) big, which results in a pressure of 1720512,8177N/cm² or about 17205,12kg/cm².
In the end, if you get hit by The Flash, you will die. How you die depends just on where you get hit.
I hope I didn't make any stupid mistakes, if you found one, please tell me.
