Futuristic cities developed to attain zero carbon emission

As per this video work has already begun for these futuristic cities... Could take some time to achieve it but if that can be done... it could be a real good solution for global warming issues and not to mention the population chaos, the traffic congestions we are facing....all could be tackled so easily!
