God?

From every corner of the planet and since we started recording history, humans have been looking for the divine. God.

Religion

Our sense of identity has a tremendous impact on the way we interact with the world. Whether we do so consciously or subconsciously we act and react based on who we think we are. Our sense of identity is influenced by various belief systems in our daily lives. Such as religious, philosophical, ideological, political, or scientific beliefs. To believe in one should not discredit another. We tend to stick to the beliefs that we are taught at a young age and later in life find it hard to look at things from different perspectives. Oftentimes because different belief systems have conflicting ideologies with our own. We do have a choice on how to react when new information in presented to us. We can discuss the differences and hopefully reach a logical common ground.
If your first response is to defend your pre existing beliefs without regards for new information, then your mind is not your own. It has been influenced and shaped. That is a very scary and real thing in the world. History has shown us that we will go to war to defend those belief systems. Mythology blinds us and no culture likes to admit that its own beliefs are myths. You may consider yourself monotheistic, agnostic or atheist but chances are you are polytheistic. It is not what we preach but our everyday actions that define us. Regardless of the religion we follow or the “God” we pray to, we should all be able to have rational talks about different belief systems that have been shaping the world. We can also all show love, compassion and help one another.

Universe

In thermodynamics, the first law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system is constant; energy can be transformed from one form to another, but cannot be created or destroyed. Energy cannot be created nor destroy.

Everything around you is made up of energy or matter. From the chair you sit on to the stars above you. You are literally made up of stardust. Most species need a source of energy to survive. We get that energy from other living species and likewise when we die, our energy will go back into the universe.

  • Reality - reality is independent of opinion or experience.
  • Subjective Experience - the experiences in which we based our reality are different from one individual to another one
  • Description of reality - The language we use to describe our perceptions of reality.
  • Logic - Streamlined observations and descriptions of the world that we can agree on.

We can trace most of this energy/matter to a single point in space. In that point of space exists everything that was, is and will be. Singularity. We are all one in the same. In a singularity there is no time or space as we know it. Like energy and matter, space and time are one in the same, expressing itself differently.
Look at it this way, the universe is a book. That book is made up of a lot of letters (atoms), words (planets), sentences(solar systems), paragraphs (galaxies), chapters(clusters) etc. We are just a bunch of atoms in the page of a book looking out trying to understand it without realizing that we are it. We are the universe trying to understand itself. We are energy of the universe which will be recycled, but still ever present. We are God.
