Five things to help you do what you want everyday

"Hacking" myself has been my way of dealing with all the things in life that I wish were different, and since I dealt with sport a lot at a young age it was natural thing to do.
This is a list of things you can do to better yourself or help with a specific part of your life. All of this things have a physiological reason to work that is why they work for most humans.

Exercise

We have evolved working our but off, but it used to be that didn’t mean sitting in front of a computer. It meant going distant places to gather food and water, places, which could have some kind of danger in them with our instincts, senses, and physical strength focused in a goal over millions of ears a system (our body) ocurred and it works expecting certain things to happen: shock (not trauma), physical exertion, consumption of fauna and flora.
All of this of course has been proven by our science a method of repeating and checking facts in a mathematical fashion. Furthermore the studies done on this are the studies that I find have the most quality where we are not isolating a molecule bacteria or whatever. No, what was done was simply have the people exercise for certain minutes and compare them to the control group, which scored worse on the tests given.
The reasons why this happened are enough to make a full article but I’ll list 3

  1. Better Gut Bacteria
  2. Lowering of inflammation and regulation of LPS
  3. Production of BDNF – Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor

Nº 2 Cold shower (Then Ice Bath)

  1. You get up in the morning and need to do a bunch of task what better to wake you up quickly?
    Not only that but it will decrease you inflammation and produce the kind of shock we do not have in our comfortable day do day lives this shock activates parts of your brain and chemicals reactions that use to occur all the time danger was a part of living so was adrenalin and excitement. We do not do well without these.

Nº 3 Breathing

  1. Do you need more energy, focus, warmth or health?
    Breathe better, I won’t waist time on the why or science because it takes 30 seconds to explain how to do it and another 30 to feel the effects for yourself so as you read follow along.
  2. Breathe trough your nose if you have difficulty in this just know that the more you do it the more it becomes easy.
  3. Breathe less try to move as little air as you can until you feel a slight shortage of air.
  4. On exhalation don’t force the air out it will just go out if you relax.
  5. By now you should be feeling hotter and calmer
  6. Do this now for a few seconds and whenever you need it, get into the habit of observing your breath.
  7. Final step once you are relaxed and observing use your entire chest to breathe more than forcing it to move let it relax and move by itself.

As an athlete you are always trying to win to do that you have to improve technique strength etc, you realise that the outcome of something is not something out of your control. Perhaps it is why I try to improve myself (and others). Realising that you are responsible is innate to many people and to an equal number of people the same thing is not perceptible.

Nº 4 Realise you have control

Although no complete control is attainable unless you make some chages(like the ones described her), you can still do what you want to do willpower is real. If you are a person that complains allot and that thinks you can’t do anything about anything this step is for you. Also don't forget that small chages matter a walk, a bit more work, closing your mouth etc.

Nº 5 Sleep Tight

When we have a million things in our head the time to bed may arrive but certainly not the moment for it. When we sleep we need to have our mind relaxed and if we had a busy day there are many things we could try to accomplish this.
Have a shower before bed (preferably a cold one), do some push ups, think about a calm place that you like see yourself there.. or just do what you know that works for you.
Also if you want to rest well try breathing trough your nose while you sleep.
