The future nation. The world's first floating island.

Can i have your attention please?

The world's first floating nation refer to the nation set to appear in the Pacific ocean of the island of Tahiti in 2020.

A handful of offices,homes, hotels, restaurants and a lot more will be built in the next few years by the non profit sea standing institute according to a search on research.

This floating nation which is set to appear on the Pacific ocean hopes to liberate humanity from politicians. According to little research there has been an official report that the bankrolled by PayPal founder Peter Thiel, could see the creation of an independent nation that will float in international waters and operate within its own laws.

Based on the little information I have and little research, this floating nation would feature aquaculture farm, healthcare,medical research facilities and sustainable energy powerhouse. Though to me the life there might not be conducive and compared to the normal life on ground where you can do something's freely, am just saying…please don't get me wrong,am just saying we have different point of viewing things.
So going by this it will require $60milion to build a dozen buildings by 2020 according to digging, also it's envisaged that between 250 and 300 people will call the first floating nation home and that the platform such as the offices, hotels will only stay up to 100years according to plans. So why trying to build this floating nation when it can't be for life?

I found out that experts spent five years working out how to build a floating city with the help of a group called The sea standing.

According to my digging, the only only advantage the floating nation have is the choice of trying new things that haven't been tried before with the hopes to liberate humanity from politicians as i mentioned before but won't rising sea level pose a threat to the 118 islands?

Currently,the US firm has signed an agreement with the French Polynesians government and based on my calculations roughly $84900milion would be needed to complete the project,if this fact happened to be an exaggeration. This floating nation is technologically possibly but financially outrageous if eventually it comes to fruition.
Is like anything is possible tech wise, but this again I say in my simple word,won't rising sea level pose a threat?

I might not be totally correct,what is your opinion what are your takes?
