I think Galleleo did it before Myth Busters did it except in this case the article came to Galleleo's conclusion that objects fall at the same speed.
Did you know that the constant g has the letter g in honour of Galileo?
I remember I watched Myth Buster when I was 15. One of the greatest TV series I ever saw.
