I don't think that you are going to find a christian scholar who believes in the Biblical cosmology let alone writes about it. I wouldn't trust someone else s interpretation anyway. LOL

Any creationist I would imagine, there is a lot of those folks. However I’m not sure if there is any of them writing about both topics. Do you get notifies on here? How do I know if I’m away from my page people are writing responses? Still not used to this.
