However, a few people with passion, drive and
focus can create the bedrock of scientific breakthrough for the future. But our system of governance is a big time mess. It's always so amusing whenever I realise that no one is ever concerned about the ministry for science and technology. I bet it's not in the league of juicy portfolios Nigerians are always concerned about.
