Will humans be able to fly on their own?!

We know many biological organism can fly with wings. we don't have them because our genetic material (DNA) does not provide us with proper equipment to fly. In recent years scientist found really interesting and game-changing protein - endonuclease which can very specifically cut out desired gene and change it also with desired one. its called "crispr/cas9". crispr was discovered in ancient bacteria. protein was involved in immunological responses against phages. when page attacks bacteria collects phage's DNA/RNA and uses it for CAS9 to guide that next time this DNA must be destroyed instantly. so we give CAS9 desired genes so it will replace in desired locus. this method is planned to be used to cure many genetic diseases but what if we use it to improve our selves, like give our selves wings and fly around like
presented in X-man movies.
