Don't Use Your Waist While Bending

in #science4 years ago

If you need to grab something from somewhere and have to bend for it, don't use your waist. one day you may not be able to get up from your bent So what are we gonna do? It's simple: we will crouch down and stand up, not bend our waist.

While sitting, the angle of your hips and knees should be 90 degrees. So perpendicular to each other. Also, keeping your legs slightly apart will help keep your sitting position balanced. The meaning of this is briefly as follows: The weight on your waist will decrease and you will prevent it from straining.

If you like crossing your legs, don't do it for long. Staying with your legs crossed for a long time puts pressure on the nerves in the back of the knees that affect almost the entire leg. It negatively affects the blood circulation. Research shows that stopping in this way for a long time can also cause hunchback in advanced stages.

Avoid sudden movements in all areas of life, not just sitting. Your waist, leg and arm / hand muscles weaken because you are already sitting. When sudden movements are added to this, it is highly likely that you will bend over and ask for help from someone close to you. I can imagine possible help sentence.
