Nice post and an important finding by the team of reseachers. However, as you know it will take still a long time to understand if it may applicable in human use. That is always a big hurdle for researchers, as I experienced myself as researcher in drug discovery.
Positive side: every step one comes closer to a new solution.
Yes indeed. Taking the research and converting it into a human treatment is exceedingly slow. That is likely still 10-20 years away.
