Mix Concrete Manually
Hallo dear steemit friends,
Concrete is stirred manually using a shovel. Performed on a flat ground level and clean of twigs, leaves, garbage, and others.
Pebbles, Sand and Cement are put together first, then made like a small pile, and the top is made like a lake like a hole to hold water to absorb all the ingredients for stirring so the water does not spill out.
After all mixed compositions such as Pebbles, Sand, Cement and Water are stirred into a material named concrete that we want in accordance with the requirements of the concrete rules that apply according to SNI.
Below I present a table of concrete weight composition in one cubic meter of concrete based on its concrete quality.
Reference table:
SNI DT 91- 0008-2007 Procedures for Calculation of Unit Price of Concrete Work, by Ministry of Public Works.
So my post today may be useful.
