Artifical life - real aliens on Earth

For several thousands of years, people are wondering if it is possible to create the artificial life. Usually, Gods know how to do it, but since recently people can do it as well.

it is possible to grow the bacteria with the 6 base pairs in DNA instead of 4.
Additional bases are artificial, never seen in nature.

Why is this important?
We are coding the proteins using 4x4x4 = 64 commands, enough for 20 (and something) amino acids and the Stop sign.
Imagine what could be possible to do with 6x6x6 = 216 commands?

Are there some proteins with artificial amino acids?
Yes, for decades! And those can be useful.

Will those creatures conquest the world?
No... As the new base pairs were inserted into the existing well-tuned genome, it would take a lot of time for those bacteria to use new abilities properly.
