¿Because sometimes we feel electricity when we touch someone else?

Surely many of you have had this happen to you, when you go to greet a friend, touch someone or have contact with a car, for example, you feel that sudden blow that takes you by surprise, it has surely crossed your mind that it is due to that blow. This is due to the phenomenon of electrostatics caused by uncontrolled positive and negative charges.

¿Did you know that the human body can charge, discharge and transmit electricity ? According to this, all electronic devices can transmit energy to us. So what happens when two people have a spark is an exchange of electrons (negative charges) and protons (positive charges), which means that the electricity jumps from a person who has accumulated these charges to a conductor as the body looks for a way to get rid of these charges.

Certainly, if this phenomenon has happened to you, you may have noticed that the electric shock is felt only once, since when people are electrified they will exchange electrons and protons with people who have physical contact, but this electric shock is not always noticeable. According to studies the current starts to feel from 1 mill ampere, this is equivalent to one thousandth of an ampere and resembles 6 trillion electrons per second, as well as the intensity of a yellow household light bulb.

¿What are positive and negative charges?
To answer this question, we must bear in mind that the atoms of matter are composed of a nucleus that is made up of neutrons (neutral charges) and protons (positive charges) and around the nucleus by electrons (negative charges) as you can see in the image next to it. Now what happens when you rub two bodies or materials together? Friction is created in these they can lose electrons and the atoms already stop being neutral and these become positive ions, performing an imbalance when seeing more protons than neutrons. When it passes to the opposite side that electrons are left over the atoms are called negative ions.

¿How do we acquire these electrical charges?

Well already having as a base the above, you will have an idea of where we charge with electrostatic energies, because of all those devices that we have in our home in addition to the clothes we use, when we make friction with this we generate this type of charges, another form that is acquired and commonly happens to women, when they comb a lot the hair is raised due to the friction releasing negative charges and the hair does not want to be close to each other because being equal charges these are repelled.

¿How do you discharge this kind of energy?

Well just as in the vital energy that gives us some advice to free ourselves from these negative energies, the same advice can also be used to discharge us from the electrostatic energy. Without further ado, I'll tell you what you can do:

1.- Hug a tree.
2.-Walk barefoot to stay in contact with the ground.
3.- Bathing also helps to get rid of these energies and even more if you do it in a hot spring.

In addition, minerals such as sulphur, iron or manganese help the electrical balance.

We'll be reading each other in an upcoming issue and I hope you enjoyed this post that I've developed, because I know that this electrostatic phenomenon has happened to many of you and sometimes we don't know how to prevent this from happening to us.
