I have just watched Last Week Tonight with John Oliver on CRISPR.
While I can't comment anything on the CAS9 without properly understanding it, I know that this is something that I would like to see advance.

There are a lot of conditions in which it could help and even the Germline use would be OK in my opinion (under certain rules which I would be happy to further discuss with anyone)...
