DAILY TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE SHARING BY @ADECOM

It's another working day and have another fantastic experience to share with you guys.

here we go again

Today am sharing with you a Dell i just fix today.

            A dell desktop OPTIPLEX 755 POWER ON BUT NOT COMING UP

As you can see in the above image i shot, The desktop is powered on but not display. showing orange light at the power botton instead of a green light.

These fault is very mutual to dell product.

         SOLUTION

These fault is a sign of Processor ( CPU) absent/damage or motherboard damages

So without wasting any of my time i changed the desktop processor with another one

Notice: The processor i will use must be the same with the former one that has damaged.

Below is the image of the CPU ( central processsing unit )

After changing the processor i ran a test again... and surely the desktop comes up.

There will go the dell desktopOPTIPLEX 755 has back to work.
