Something I've always wanted to do but been so hesitant about... I'd really love to invest in property but been procrastinating now for over a year. I really enjoyed the guide too. It was really informative and helped me with some internal struggles i was having regarding this subject.

If you really are interested in getting into investment properties I have a ton of free info in my blogposts on the regular scaredcatguide website listed in this post. I used to be hesitant too and all my posts are about a process to push past that and make smart buying decisions.
