Taking @theflorescents to court for using my image to profit! MEGA RAGE RANT/SO BEAUTIFUL :'(

I am a very beautiful man, and recently I found out that @theflorescents has been using my image to make hundreds of $$$

Check this Steemit Post

If you watch the video you will see me appearing at 1:14. Knowing that I am a very beautiful man and from reading all the comments complimenting me, I can only conclude that @theflorescents has robbed me. I have asked him for several hundred but he refuses to yield.

Are there any UK based solicitors on Steemit who accept Steem? I will bring this issue to the justice system!

You are absolutely gorgeous! I saw you on his video while he was playing his guitar and singing "oh sugar, the good things take hard work, and I'm willing to work for you!"

I like the way you fix your hair when you passed by. For one sec there, I was tempted to hit the pause button so I can see your long hair. But I didn't coz he was singing. And his accent is kinda cute. :))

You are right. You should take him to court. Court of Appeals! :))

Im no lawyer, but you do not usually need the permission of bystanders or people in the background to use their image: Imagine if a live TV broadcast on the news for example had to get a release form and pay every passer by or spectator.
I think Mr. Debonair is being ironical. He is stating that his beauty is so extraordinary that the dollars from the post are not solely due to the work of the Fluorescents but that his performance in passing by the camera is central to the work of art.
