bro.. its all about the gamification process.. Learning the power of customer interaction and participation. When you gamify your end users experience you get a much deeper level of participation. You reward, via points, or whatever to encourage people to do more of what they should be doing. Its a simple concept but super powerful and a win win as you help create better results for people.
