Fuel Station Scam "Diesel" UK

While filling up a various fuel station over the uk I found that all fuel stations have had a new system fitted to the out-let fuel tap , this is had a 30% decrease in amount of fuel you now receive ,
I had a 10 litre diesel plastic fuel can , which I planned on filling up , knowing I wasn’t going to get what I expected i proceeded filling , from the first press of the nozzle I could see air being deployed in place of diesel that I soon to be paying for ,
this was how I see things? and to be able to show you is great as now you can be carful and know you’re being fooled , stop being to busy to do something about it , wish I could share what I do to battle this , you’d just have to work this out ,
