WELCOME TO THE BLOG OF STEEMCHURCH VENEZUELA @sc-v
This Saturday, March 23 we were present in activities of the social program "Bread from heaven", where we shared for a lapse of approximately three hours with the children, we did recycling crafts, we also shared the word of God and the children enjoyed a delicious salad of fruits.
There is enough evidence to show the beneficial effects of the consumption of fruits and vegetables on health in different stages of life.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends consuming a minimum of five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, as it reduces the risk of developing different diseases.
On this occasion we thank @xiore for the detail with the children preparing this delicious fruit and juice salad.
In general, children tend to resist consuming fruits and vegetables. For this reason, it is very important that you make them eye-catching preparations that allow, in this case, the incorporation of fruits in infant feeding. In effect, it is necessary to convey the importance of fruits in their diet, so that they can incorporate the habit of their consumption on a daily basis.
Childhood is a key time in the establishment of eating habits, so it is of great importance to emphasize the promotion of consumption of fruits and vegetables, which remain in adulthood.
The moment was propitious to learn a little more about the word of God.
It is beautiful to see our children enjoy each moment and thank God, all that allows him to receive.
Another important aspect is the activity of the "GREEN FOOTPRINT" campaign that we are promoting through the soup kitchens where we are promoting children's heurtos, as well as recycling crafts.
We are at an opportune time to encourage children and educate them with values, so that they are imitators of that man who came to earth full of kindness, love and service, Jesus!
His smile is always our greatest gift.
