Ezekiel 37: 3-4
3- And he said to me: Son of man, will these bones live? And I said: Lord Jehovah, you know it.
4- He said to me then: Prophesy about these bones, and say to them: Dry bones, hear the word of Jehovah.

in this passage God shows the prophet Ezekiel how the people of Israel were devastated, the bones were scattered everywhere, but God wants to teach Ezekiel that He is the only one who can restore and give life back to what was believed lost or dead

God with his power can create life where there is none, He created man from the dust of the earth, if God could make man that way, he can create life in other ways and surprisingly.

And it is important to remember that God also has the power to restore and lift the fallen, just as he restored the sight of a man born blind, using only his saliva and the earth. So too, when each one of us got in his way, he restored our life, giving us a new and better one.
