STEPS TO GROW IN THE LORD

1.- Make the decision to make changes.

There are some important aspects about the changes, and they are the following:

Start with yourself
"3Why do you see the straw that is in your brother's eye and you do not see the beam that is in your own eye?" Matthew 7.3

Do not wait for others to change. Start with yourself and the rest of the people around you will begin to change. What causes people to change?

To conclude, to reach maturity and growth, implies understanding that growth is not automatic, but begins with ourselves, making changes and making quality decisions. Let's not forget the importance of staying under cover that influences us to change, and that has a positive environment to grow.

A certain degree of discomfort. When people no longer feel comfortable in the place where they are, they look for changes.
A big pain. People are moved to great changes when the situation in which they find themselves hurts.
The increase in problems when people do not change. Sooner or later you need to change so that problems do not continue to grow. Spiritual maturity begins with each one of us. Right now, make the decision to grow and go to another level!

2.- Another step to grow is the influence, the environment, the association.

To remain under the care or coverage of a person who continually challenges us to grow is very important because it encourages us to constantly improve. Furthermore, if we remain in an environment that favors our development, we can achieve greater security, and even when we are outside of our comfort environment, we will not feel threatened because others are growing.

Partner with someone who is more successful and more anointing than you, and with someone who has virtues you would like to have. If it does, it will grow and mature continuously.

Partner with people who grow up. It is not always comfortable to live, stay or share with a visionary who is always growing and who has a new project all the time. It is also not easy to be with someone who believes in greater challenges and challenges, someone who can not stand still, who ends up with a project and starts another. Some people leave the church for that reason, and that indicates their immaturity and lack of vision.
Understand that maturity and growth is a process, not an event. There are two things we need to have in this process:

Motivation: that is what drives us to start something.

Discipline: it is the one that takes us to the place we want to go, submitting our flesh, taking our cross, every day, and denying ourselves.

You will never change your life if you do not change what you do daily. The secret of your future is in your daily agenda. Remember that you start with motivation and reach the goal through discipline.

Finally, let's associate with men and women who challenge us to go to other dimensions.
