We are biological beings and our
body can not live-life
it can not exist-without a fuel
that drives it. This fuel
it's the food. The lack of
food and suffering from hunger can
mean death. And therefore,
the food and nutrition that
these provide us-they are the pieces
that make up life-they are essential
for the operation of the "machinery"

body. Food equals health.
Good food can provide
good health.
The right food and good nutrition are important
during all the stages of our lives. But they are especially
important for pregnant women and children
newly born. Studies show that the provision of good

diseases such as diabetes and heart problems.
Children who suffer from food insecurity also
face more headaches, stomach pains, anemia,

we go down to make sure that all the people in our
countries and abroad have the food they need to
live a healthy and active life.
Each person has been created in the image of God (Genesis
1:27) and therefore possesses a sacred dignity and immeasurable worth.
We are infinitely precious to God, who provides
for our support and nutrition through a creation
abundant (Genesis 1:29, 30, Psalm 72:16, 17). The sin
human has created an imbalance in the distribution of
means. As a result, too many people are
they lack access to basic needs, including food
nutritious so critical to good health

Sentence

O God, our hope is rooted in Jesus Christ,
who fed and healed all those who were before
he. We pray for people who suffer in body and mind,
especially by children who lack the nutrition that
They need to grow, learn and be healthy. It allows
the leaders of our country see the wisdom that exists in directing
resources towards the measures that ensure access to both
to good nutrition as to health care. Give us the
strength and courage to challenge Congress to work in favor
