Change your routine every morning

I invite you to meditate on Psalm 5: 3 which says:
O Jehovah, in the morning you will hear my voice; In the morning I will introduce myself to you and wait.
Surely, if you get up and do exactly the same thing every morning, you will get bored well after a month or more. But seeking the Lord first upon awakening is never boring. He will always have a new revelation ready for you to listen to.
It is important that you keep your expectations fresh by changing what you do in your time with God. One morning I could worship the Lord singing, I could listen to Christian music another morning, or read God's Word on the third morning, sit in His presence and confess His Word the next morning. Let the Holy Spirit guide you as you learn to enjoy starting your day with God.
