THE MECHANICAL DOORS

There are daily situations in the lives of men, who call powerfully the attention of Destellito, are experiences that man performs mechanically, and so has become accustomed, that before confronting the circumstance, and in his mind considers it fulfilled.

Taking a break from my usual walk, I sat in one of the seats of the park and that allowed me to have a broad view of the supermarket that was in front. I observed with enough interest the entering and leaving of the clients, realizing a very particular detail. Each of the people who entered the store, acted so naturally with the conviction that the doors would open even before facing them. The same with the ones that came out.

What made them act like this? The conviction that the door, in facing it, would open anyway. I was sure that none of the people even imagined that the doors would not cross the entrance or exit. And I proposed, based on this fact, to deliver a lesson to its readers.

It is, then, faith the certainty of what is expected, the conviction of what is not seen. I am the door; whoever enters through me will be saved; and it will enter, and it will go out, and it will find pastures. Hebrews 11: 1 .-

Exactly the same conviction that the customers of the supermarket had, one should have about God the Creator, in such a way, that when some person wants to approach Him, he must do it with the security that exists, that is real. The customers of the supermarket, when approaching their doors, did not stop to verify if the device that made them work was there or not. They only approached with the certainty that it would open.

Faith allows us to approach God without any doubt. This is the kind of faith that will make the doors of heaven open wide.
