GROWING IN YOUR PRESENCE

Biblical text: Ezekiel 47 (Reina-Valera 1960)

In our walk with God we are experiencing a number of experiences, which will help us to know more about Our Father and know what his will is in our life, that is why it is necessary that we advance in level and become addicted to his presence.

And the man went out toward the east, carrying a line in his hand; and he measured a thousand cubits and made me pass through the waters to my ankles. "(verse 3)

This was one of the things that God revealed to him through visions to Ezekiel, to immerse himself in those waters, symbolize, healing, purification, life. We all went through this phase; The water up to the ankles means the first steps we take when we begin our relationship with God, which must be firm, involves everything that gives our heart and start walking with Him, is on the shore and then gradually enter in the sea of his presence.

"He measured another thousand, and made me go through the water to my knees. Then he measured another thousand, and he carried me through the waters to the loins "(verse 4)

It was advancing and the water reached to the knees, another level where we not only settle for just hearing what they tell us about God, but knowing it personally and having our experience; but if it is true to stand firm, standing, we must kneel down to pray, if we want to obtain victory we must humble ourselves before Him and surrender our hearts, so we must fight our battles.

Later on, the water reached the loins, where we must begin to work on the work, where we serve God and are assigned our responsibilities as his children, we are more full of his presence and therefore we have much to share with others people, so that they also get in touch with God, here we prepare even more for our leadership, ministry, in turn we sow and reap for Christ.

¨ He measured another thousand, it was already a river that I could not pass, because the waters had grown so that the river could not be crossed except by swimming¨ (verse 5).

This is the level where God wants us to arrive and from the heart of God in the name of Jesus for this message to become a reality in their lives. Here we reach a great spiritual level, where God moves more and more and guides us, we totally depend and we can not live if He, without His presence, what we do is for Him and for Him, and the carnal things have no effect on our life.

At what level are you?

If you are just beginning, do not worry, everything is a process and you have chosen the best path, I urge you to give your best, to yearn to be filled with the presence of God. On the contrary, if you are already totally submerged in his presence I congratulate you and try to stay firm, remember "the one who is firm look that does not fall", in God we have limits to pour out of his power and his love, He wants to give you much more .

As God does not keep anything; the efforts we make for Him have their reward, as long as they please Him.

¨Y next to the river, on the river bank, on either side, all kinds of fruit trees will grow; its leaves will never fall, nor will its fruit fail. In due time it will mature, because its waters come out of the sanctuary; and its fruit will be for eating, and its leaf for medicine. "
