Hello Steemians, blessed day, I greet you @genesis2000. I just want to remind you that each blog is a challenge for you and me, even if it does not seem like it; because the purpose of this is that we can learn together and improve each day.
But am I sincere? if you don't let go, that's what could hurt you, every person yearns to grow, but the first step to grow is to take out the old and if you don't create that space in your life ... something new will never come in.
1) It's time to die to toxic relationships
People come to your life for a reason:
- They teach you lessons.
- They bring you happiness or quinas sadness.
- Open your eyes to new experiences.
- They help you discover who you are and what you want.
People sometimes also leave your life for a reason, they leave because:
- They have fulfilled their purpose.
- Because they have taught you what you need to learn and now it is time for you to move on.
These people, those who come and leave are not destined to stay. There are two types of people:
- Those who are satisfied with their growth.
- Those that continue to grow.
And you can't let the first ones stop your growth, there are relationships that were only temporary and therefore your heart wants them to be part of your present they can't be.
There are relationships that need to be in your past to open space for new and beautiful relationships.
2) You have to die at your remorse
We have all made mistakes, but you will never have a future of happiness and success if every day your past is your executioner, you are not the sum of the mistakes of your past.
The best gift you can give to yourself and others is your change in behavior, because you are no longer the person of your past.
3) You have to die to excuses
The excuses are like the navels all one has one, but the excuses are cowards and there needs to be brave people who do not excuse themselves and take responsibility.
The excuses are the lies we tell ourselves to think that nothing is our fault.
4) you have to die to your anxiety
Anxiety is like sitting in a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it doesn't take you anywhere.
Anxiety does not eliminate the pain of tomorrow, but it does eliminate the forces of today.
Anxiety keeps the mind occupied, but it doesn't solve anything, it's just a vicious circle that feeds the anguish.
5) You have to die to negative words
The biggest battle that many are going to fight in their lives is the battle for their mind and there are enough toxic people talking badly about you, but you have the power to not let their negativity enter your mind.
Because when you say negative things like.
- I'm not enough.
- I will never make it.
- I have big disadvantages.
- God does not love me.
- I'm a failure.
You begin to believe your own negative narrative of your life, even if it is not a reality. You have to talk and look at yourself, not in a negative way but in a positive and loving way.
You have to die to negative words and live to words of love
You have this question
- How does God look at me?
- God loves me?
- God takes care of me?
- Am I your son or daughter?
He gave you life today, he has a plan and purpose for you. With God's help nothing will be impossible and what happened to you in the past only served to make you a better person.
You have to know how to recognize when the stage of something is over in your life and you have to let it die because many times you are the person who is feeding and keeping it alive.
