The feet on the ground and the look in the sky
"John answered and said: Man can not receive anything, unless it is given to him from heaven." John 3:27 NKJV
There are many things we receive from the Lord and the privileges we get when we serve and honor his name but it is sad to see how some people have a sudden change in their attitude because of these blessings. It is good that when you have a responsibility you must change certain things to perform your position well but that does not mean that you must change who you have always been because of these things, more accurately I mean to believe that you are superior or more important than others. what God has commanded you to do.

"But it will not be so among you, but whoever wants to become great among you will be your servant and whoever wants to be first among you will be a servant of all." Mark 10: 43-44 NKJV
God did not call us to compete among those who are better servants than others or who believe they are better than others. He wants us to serve them with a humble heart, not believing us more than our brothers or others simply because we are part of a important ministry in the church. I invite you every day to ask our father to examine our hearts and draw from us that vain pride, to change our pride to humility and to understand once and for all that the same blood that Christ paid for you, he paid for others without to import how important your position is in the church, in society, etc.
"Do nothing by strife or by vainglory; rather with humility, esteeming each one to others as superior to himself "Philippians 2: 3 ESV
Always keep your feet on the ground and do not pretend to believe something we are not. Remember the example of Christ who, being God, became man to sacrifice himself for us and teach us that humility makes you greater in the eyes of God.
"For the LORD is exalted, and he ministers to the humble, but to the proud he looks afar off." Psalm 138: 6 NKJV
we can not take our eyes from the source that is Jesus eternal King, only thus will we live from glory to glory.
