There is no way to block these accounts. Only about 3/4 of them have had their delegations removed so far. I also find and add hundreds of new accounts every week.

Потому-что им надо писать комментарии, отчеты по флагам, голосовать самим за себя и урвать кусок пула вознаграждения. Они сами мошенники.
