Nevertheless we didn't get any feedback from the respected Steemit society about actuality of current topic, we decided do not stop to share with you of our Family's strategy of getting common goals.

So today a little bit closer about the first part of our Way to the Realization - the Family Coaching' Wheel.

First we've done - we planned the date and time, when we will start to draw out our strategy, in advance. So each of us: me, my sweetheart Dimarss and daughter Kira, was able by time and willingness to put an attention to the one subject.

On the named day we were need first to make a template for further reflection.

We made everything, using the ruler, because it is already a part of discipline, which everyone is need for achieving aims.

To make a template, you need to draw a circle and place eight straight lines from centre to borders in that way, that they divide this circle into the equal parts. This will be the areas of growth. Name them: Health, Finance, Career, Self Development, Spirituality, Relaxation, Relationships, Family Climate

You can add more any quantity of areas, but we would recommended you to start from required minimum, because later it should be opened much more detailed.

Each of the straight lines should be scaled from "0" to "10" proportionally.

The template is ready. And we start to reflect.

Each of us was asked to answer a one question in relation separately to each of scales / areas of growth: How satisfied am I in this area on scale from "0" to "10", where "0" is "completely unsatisfied" and "10" is "completely satisfied"? After putting all marks on the scale, connect them by straight lines.

We did not have any discussion, in order to keep an objectivity in the basis of our research. So in the end we had three different graphs. We coloured them differently.

To get the common view, we calculated the average account of each value. It is marked by dotted line.

Now we have visualisation of areas, where we need to put our attention and can start to image the results we would like to have, when this areas will be developed.
